Chatted over skype last night with the man who pricked my interest in all this life extension stuff. Cam Reilly, the CEO of the Podcast Network does a great “general interest” podcast called G’Day World. I joined him for the Carl Sagan tribute show and have to say that after some initial nerves, i ended up having a ball. I didn’t know that much about Sagan going into to it but I think that anyone that’s really into science or a bit geeky have had their own Sagan-style influences. Someone in their childhood who got them excited about it all. For me it was Mr Dixon my year 8 science teacher and then later my geology teacher.
Anyway, hope I passed my first G’Day World test and might get to do it again.
