Before i go fiddling with stuff that realistically at present doesn’t need fixing, I wanted to get a baseline medical examination. I want to know how i progress but also wanted to ensure i didn’t stuff anything up. This involved a routine blood test with my GP. The results follow and i’m noting the results as either healthy or unhealthy and not normal or abnormal as this whole lifestyle change is not about being normal in the CSIRO or Surgeon General (for the US) sense but being healthy in the Fantastic Voyage sense.
- Blood pressure = 122/68 (healthy)
- Colesterol = to follow
